The Drexel University College of Medicine Archives includes both archival
records of its predecessor institutions and special collections. The
materials are divided into two collections:
-
records relating to Woman's Medical College and Medical College of
Pennsylvania and Women in Medicine
- records relating to Hahnemann
University and Homeopathic Medicine.
The Guide to the Collections is the
primary tool for online access to the WMC/MCP & Women in Medicine
collection.
**There is currently no online access to the Hahnemann Collections; for
information regarding this collection please contact
the archives staff.
The collections consist of 3900 linear feet of manuscript materials, 20,000
photographs and numerous objects. While some materials date from the 16th Century, the bulk of the collections
fall between 1835 and the present.
Collection formats include:
