A finding aid is a tool for understanding what is in a collection. Finding aids describe collections and list the contents of a collection. Not all of our collections have extensive finding aids and we use a variety of formats to describe the collections.

In the Guide to Collections, collection abstracts include links to finding aids or inventories where available.
